Workshops
Our interactive and educational workshops are designed to engage young learners in various activities, foster creativity, and promote skill development. These workshops provide hands-on experiences and opportunities for children to explore different subjects and areas of interest in a fun and interactive way.
Here are some of the workshops we conduct:
Vocabulary Building
Vocabulary Building workshops are interactive sessions designed to help children expand their vocabulary and improve their language skills. The course includes exploring words, meanings, word roots, synonyms, antonyms, origins, and usage in different contexts. The workshop makes learning fun through word puzzles, word associations, and exercises.
Ted Talks
The TED talk program covers a vast array of subjects. The goal is to provide thought-provoking and inspiring talks that spark curiosity, challenge perspectives, and encourage positive change in the world.
Poetry Writing
Students are introduced to various types of poems from different poets and cultures. During the course, different poetic elements such as rhyme, rhythm, imagery, and figurative language are discussed. Students are introduced to different poetic forms such as sonnets, haikus, free verse, and ballads, and discuss the characteristics and structures of each form. Feedback from peers is encouraged to improve their work. Poetry readings and class anthology are supported.
Blog Writing
Students are guided on how to structure their blog posts effectively. They are taught about crafting compelling introductions, writing engaging body paragraphs, and creating memorable conclusions. Additionally, they cover the importance of headings, subheadings, bullet points, and formatting techniques that enhance readability. Strategies for storytelling, using vivid language, incorporating anecdotes, and creating compelling arguments are shared. The use of multimedia elements such as images, videos, and infographics to enhance engagement is encouraged.
Speech Writing
The structure of a speech is discussed, which typically includes an introduction, body, and conclusion. Tips for crafting engaging openings, developing coherent main points, and creating memorable closings are provided. Children learn to develop a clear message, effective storytelling, use rhetorical devices, create strong transitions, engage in language and style, and utilize visual aids. Students rehearse their speeches multiple times, paying attention to their tone, pace, volume, and body language.
